Through thick and thin. This is the second time I work with Cindy and both times were a great experience. Even though I've been moved-in since the beginning of the year, to this date she still answers me when I've needed answers about the house, contractors, warranty and more.
This was my first time buying a house and honestly had no clue how all of this worked. Cindy Cooper was so helpful and exceptionally good at her job. She made the buying a home process so much smoother and easier than I thought it was going to be. She was also there every step of the way answering my questions and helping me with this process. I have called Thelma J Palmer on 2/1/23 as I have received an email for she is my local agent, she was very dis-interested, after me telling her my name and explaining my father and I have a property to sell and also interested buying a property, she just said, "I am not interested thank you" and hung up.
