I loved working with Joann and Tom! And you will, too, they are simply the best! They were always there, listened to all our needs, and found us the perfect home that met all the criteria! Also, they listed our home, and sold it with just a few days on the market. They made the entire process exciting and not stressful at all. You will not regret choosing Joann or Tom as your real estate agent! They make a great team! Lynne and Mike T

She was incredibly helpful in arranging showings and always made time to walk through each property with us, paying attention to every detail and making sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care truly set her apart. No matter the tim... read more

Chris is professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to her clients. She guided us through every step of the process, made everything feel smooth and manageable, and always had our best interests in mind. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to answer questions and provide support. One thing that really stood out is that Chris speaks ... read more

He has been very helpful not only in finding us the perfect home, but also in many other details that we need help with and had questions about. My husband and I recently moved from Canada to Tallahassee, FL, and we were so fortunate to find Martin as our realtor. He is knowledgeable and willing to go extra mile for his clients.
