They deserve 0 stars to be honest. Absolutely THE worst place to have manage your property. They've been over our house since we left NC in 2014. They don't notify you when your house goes up for rent. Actually, they don't notify about ANYTHING at all. If you call and ask a question about your property, they have an attitude. Do yourself a solid and go ELSEWHERE.
I have been renting from Coldwell Banker Fountain Reality for almost 2 years. This company has been OUTSTANDING!!! Anytime there has been a repair that needed to be done they have had someone out to check it out/fix the problem within 24 hours. They also follow up with you to make sure that the repair has been completed as well. The receptionist at the office are always friendly and willing to help you in any way possible.
