I had a very disappointing experience. I was not properly advised that the earnest money would be forfeited and not returned to either party due to the other party refusing to mark a simple box. This crucial detail was either overlooked or ignored, and I was left bearing the financial consequences. It felt like their main concern was just closing the deal and getting paid — not protecting or informing their client. I expected better guidance and transparency throughout the process.

I have to say Coldwell Banker is soo soo forunate to have Perla Rodriquez under them.
