She prepared and handled all documentation relevant to the sale of my home with ease, no complications at closing, etc. We were thrilled and would very highly recommend Sheri.

Tina is very knowledgeable about the area and processes regarding home selling and buying. She will not talk you into a property that is not meant for you but will take her time to ensure you find the right location and community to meet your desires. During the time of my purchase it was a sellers market so not a lot of negotiating opportunities, but I got the property I wanted.
Sheri has now worked with our family on 3 transactions now and our experience has been very good.
