I met Evelyn through church and when she told me she was a broker I was thrilled to hear this ! I told her my situation and what it is that I wanted for a new home, she was immediately on the case. She’s beyond my expectation and she knows what I wanted and knowing I was going to be a customer. I’m very demanding and she never gave up on me so that’s why I will recommend it to anyone because she’s very patient and patient regarding when you want to buy a house.
I couldn’t believe how well known she was in the Malden area! I was referred to her by a friend and when I met with her, I told her my wants and expectations for a house especially since it was going to be my first! We spent days going from hour tour to house tour but she would not give up or leave me without trying. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Evelyn (and her team at Coldwell First Quality) for the amazing work selling my mom’s condo. If you want a full service , white glove, home selling or buying experience, you will get it. Evelyn had a vision and brought it to life, with her experience and professionalism getting us several offers over asking price after only a few days on the market. Evelyn made the process easier every step of the way. I have no doubt she is the reason the condo sold as quickly as it did!
My experience was extremely disappointing and, honestly, one of the worst decisions I made during my home-buying process. They did not help me at all. It felt like everything was done in their own interest rather than mine. They sold me a house that they already had listed, and because of the commission involved, it seemed clear that they were more focused on helping the seller than protecting me as the buyer.
