Unreturned Rental Deposit – After several months of not hearing back from Carol to recieve the $200 I put down as a deposit while attending West Coast Heavy Equipment Course, I've had no recourse but to contact an attorney. It may be a small amount but what if they do this to many students who rent the apartment for the month long classes? They are getting rich of those who want to enhance their lives.
