Mary B is the agent you are looking for! I've purchased multiple high dollar properties through Mary. This includes a commercial property. I've found her insight and expertise to be invaluable. Not to mention decades of experience in the Austin area. She was able to save me money on each of our transactions and I would not hesitate to use her again.
Yarbrough, was a tenant who was not easy to work with and didn't want to move. She didn't want to show the property and it goes on and on. She was not an owner or buyer of any of my properties.
