I worked with Richard Childs out of this office. Rich was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire home purchase process for my clients. I am the mortgage loan officer that provided the financing for our mutual client and he was always responsive, quick to act, dedicated to the financial well being of our client, and happy to jump in and help with anything I needed to get the loan closed faster.
