I’ve never experienced therapy like this. My biggest take away was how energized it made my body AND mind. I was surprised at how my mood was affected for the better, and the effects lasted long after I had left. The space is clean and inviting and I look forward to making it part of my weekly routine.
The staff is so nice and friendly. After doing a starter session it kicked my headache and I got the best night sleep which is priceless to me!!
Loved this new cryotherapy spot and those normatec boots are amazing. The people here are very nice and knowledgeable about the products. If you've been thinking about trying this or curious about knowing more, this would be a great place to start.
