Went to the Gilbert Location. Got a Cryotherapy session and compression done. Totally recommend. Cooper was there and was super friendly and welcoming!
I have been twice and have enjoyed it both times. The staff is so helpful. I love the lymphatic compression boots. I wish I didn't live so far so I could come more often.
Before Cryo I thought I was going to have to stop working out because my knees caused me so much pain. A trainer suggested I try cryo to determine if the cause of my pain was inflammation. If so, the cryo should help reduce the inflammation. It worked! My pain went from an 8 to a 2 and I am able to continue my workouts with regular cryo. Thank you, Coldfront Cryo!
