RecommendedBefore Cryo I thought I was going to have to stop working out because my knees caused me so much pain. A trainer suggested I try cryo to determine if the cause of my pain was inflammation. If so, the cryo should help reduce the inflammation. It worked! My pain went from an 8 to a 2 and I am able to continue my workouts with regular cryo. Thank you, Coldfront Cryo!
