The service is fair but I don’t appreciate the staff locking the door 15 minutes before closing time. The time says closing at 10 PM and the staff locks everything at exactly 9:45. I get off from work at 9:30 and i have been trying to get there before closing but i seem to be too late because the staff here wants to leave early. I don’t think the health department will approve of these bad business practices.

*Friday 11/14* If you’re buying a “ready made” cake from here, BE CAREFUL! The freezers in front of the store which have the ready made cakes on display were both locked. We told Daniela we wanted to purchase a cake but the freezer was locked. We told her we wanted the strawberry cheesecake paradise cake. Instead of letting us pick one, she grabbed one out the freezer and immediately took it to the register and we were unable to look at it until we purchased it. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Had a horrible experience at this place last night. As soon as we entered, this lady (Evana) at the counter wasn’t welcoming at all, I said hello and she didnt even bother to greet with a smile. She was in such a hurry to take order and wasnt even listening to me what I needed. She took the scoope and barely added any toppings while i was still ordering what i needed and she put it in the bowl and said here you go, its done.
