Disappointed. Started to place my order online but decided to come since it wasn’t busy. First red flag, the lady stated you couldn’t mix flavors with a kids ice cream yet online you can select two flavors. Second red flag, 1 free topping and $2 for an additional topping. Final flag, I was trying to use my reward but used the wrong number. The lady told me I couldn’t enter another number. Excuse me?! You can definitely tell this place is under new ownership and that they truly care about the business. The service is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The entire place has had an amazing turnaround for the better, and it shows in every visit. Our children absolutely love coming here, and it’s become one of our favorite family treats. The ice cream is great, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the staff always make us feel appreciated. We’re so happy to see the positive changes and look forward to coming back ... read more
