My friend and I were 10 minutes early yesterday, so the worker said it would be a bit. So we went to books a million for a bit. We came back at 11:30 and the doors were still locked. They supposedly opened at 11. We looked in the windows there wasn’t a person in sight.
UPDATE: store manager Nathan called me this morning and apologized. He confirmed this wasn’t the way I was supposed to receive my order but it was an honest mistake by his employee. He apologized for the inconvenience and is making it right. Order was made wrong, so had to be redone, which is fine. Ice cream was barely frozen and was running all over the sides of the cup, when it was handed to me, which was a huge mess. I grabbed a pile of napkins and went to eat in my car. Aside from being way too soft, it was just plain terrible ice cream. Paid 8 bucks for a cup of ice cream and ended up just dumping it in the trash.
