Nice customer service and good ice cream
My friend and I were 10 minutes early yesterday, so the worker said it would be a bit. So we went to books a million for a bit. We came back at 11:30 and the doors were still locked. They supposedly opened at 11. We looked in the windows there wasn’t a person in sight.
UPDATE: store manager Nathan called me this morning and apologized. He confirmed this wasn’t the way I was supposed to receive my order but it was an honest mistake by his employee. He apologized for the inconvenience and is making it right. Original review: Had a delivery order for a pint of ice cream and a Reese’s ice cream cup (separate item,not an add on like chopped up Reese’s toppings).
