Five stars from start to finish. Cold Shot came out to our site to see our process first hand. The rep was extremely knowledgeable on the various processes we had within our facility. He was able to identify immediately which units would best service our individual pieces of equipment. Quotes were sent to us next day along with system requirements, drawings/footprint of the equipment, and chiller specs/capabilities. Wonderful company Locally owned And gives great customer service 5 stars
"Dependable Industrial Chillers" could not be further from the truth. We bought a 3 ton $13,000 cold shot chiller and the compressor broke within six months of purchase. $700 later in repair bills and they are refusing to cover the cost of their shoddy construction. Avoid these folks and go with another option for glycol cooling.
