RecommendedNice place near busses in downtown Everett area. Responsive management and Corp. office located in this building too. Someone around 6 days a week during business hours. Staff is friendly but stern. Been here over 6 years now!
Colby Crest Apartments They are alright but lately things aren't so great. Main problem is 80% of units have cockroaches.
solid in-city apts newly remodeled, convient location on colby just north of downtown, a decent area of town. there a secured entrance. only negative is lack of parking, have to pay for a side lot, there is no convient on street parking nearby. solid value, slightly more than other places nearby, but well worth it.
