If you value your sanity and hard-earned money, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place is a nightmare wrapped in a lease agreement if I could give them 0 stars I would they deserve no stars. Living here has been nothing short of a constant headache. We went on a few apartment tours that day for different places and this one was the most disappointing. When we got there, the parking was confusing. The signage was not very clear. When we finally got into the office, the woman we spoke with didn't even ask our names. It's as if we didn't have an appointment. She asked us what kind of apartment we want as if I didn't tell her on the phone. She didn't tell us about a single amenity during the entire tour. i wish i could give this complex negative stars. i’d like to start off by saying if you do live here make a note/take pictures of literally every single thing you can because they will try & charge you for anything & everything even if you didn’t do said thing. ex. they tried to charge us for having a bike on our patio when we did not, considering this is everett & it would most likely get stolen immediately. this apartment is literally a nightmare. from the get go we had issues & each one was worse than the previous. there’... read more
really enjoyed the tour. It was fun and helpful, and the guide was very nice and explained everything clearly. I also love the idea of planting a tree or native plant for each review. Thank you for this great experience!
