One of the worst places to live; people do whatever they want. People walk their pets and let them defecate and urinate in front of other apartments without cleaning up. Others make noise, get drunk, run around the units, and play loud music or TVs night after night without any consideration for the people who live next door or below them. A perfectly average apt in the area. The unit we toured was clearly a hasty turnover, and did not look NEARLY as good as the "model unit" we looked through. Their prices were slightly below average for the area, likely due to the proximity to Aurora Ave. The area is well known to be a Hotspot for questionable and dangerous behaviors, groups, activities or personnel. Regardless, not half bad.
I love it here! Rent is affordable. The scenery is beautiful. Fantastic gym BTW! Office is open 7 days a week. The windows could be updated a little bit but I've seen way worse at different departments. The laminate is great and the rooms are carpeted ! Amazing living room space and an amazing fireplace. White tile in the kitchen area and fancy light fixtures .After being here 3 months, I'm happy to call this place my home. Moved in summer of 2026
