I currently live here now with my family and I cannot say enough good about this complex! We love living here. The staff is very quick to respond and fix any issues that may arise. Maintenance is super helpful and prompt, and the girls in the front office are always very kind and flexible. The grounds are meticulously kept clean landscaped. We cleaned everything before move-out, but they still kept our deposit and charged extra cleaning fees. Management was unhelpful and unfriendly during our stay. Overall, not a good experience.
Have had multiple neighors for the past year that smoke weed on balconies in direct violation of the leasing agreement and washington state law as stated in Clean Indoor Air Act (RCW 70.160). The lease agreement also requires you to open your windows or doors periodically to to help slow the rampant black mold growth. Management expects you to fix the mold even though it was visible under a fresh layer of paint when i moved in. Strongly do not recomend living here if you have children.
