This was my first experience at hiring others to do work around my home and it was a very good experience! They made an excellent impression during the estimate process, and was prompt in keeping me informed and responding to my questions. They made sure that the job was completed properly and to my satisfaction. The job supervisor was punctual, friendly, and knows a great deal about customer service. My husband & I have had extremely disappointing contractors in the past, so we were leery. Ben Colorossi personally oversaw the job. The work was done quickly and with quality products and people. The workers were on time, courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. My degree is Interior Design and I was very happy with the way my wishes were met, especially with my choice of colors.
