Dr Lovell and his staff are fantastic. We've been through the ringer over the years with our pets, from saying goodbye in old age to shots for a new rescue, and bringing my mini schnauzer back from death's door, Dr Lovell and his techs have been thorough, compassionate, and never rushed us. When one of your dogs likes to come to the vet just to say hi, that's a great sign!
We have been taking our Shih Tzus to Kara Lee for years. She is wonderful with them and does a great job on their grooming. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
professional and kind to my scared little Nox. entire staff was warm and welcoming. offered sound advice and also helped me save money. was willing to work with me, with the difficulty of a service dog and even offered training!
My dog and I love the staff and facility!! They are all friendly and very responsive.
So grateful fir the truly kind, caring people who take care of our boy!!
