They were very good at coming out to assess the crawl space where I knew I had mold due to an inspection. However, the bid did not come back in a timely manner and I had to call to request it. Then I had to have it amended to reflect the warranty. On the day of the work to be done I also asked the account person to take before and after pictures. Which initially did not happen. After asking for them for at least 2 weeks and and posting a review, they came back out to take the after pictures. This assured me that the work was... read more
