Earl was very professional. He explained what was wrong and took care of everything properly and professionally. Would hire him again if we ever need his services and would recommend anyone looking for mold remediation services
At this time we are waiting to have Earl do the air duct cleaning of one of our systems,but he came and took a look at the possible mold situation,explained everything to me and talked to the company installing new air ducts in my house. He is willing to help and referred me to other contractors I needed. He is knowledgeable and really cares. I highly recommend this company for honesty and caring. Thanks COIT !

Earl went over and above expectations in meeting with the adjuster & working with USAA, showing concern for my health in his persistenceto eradicate the mold & moisture festering in my basement & home due to incomplete & irresponsible actions by the initial mitigation company.
