Lets start from day 1, when I hired them I signed a contract that said they are a **licensed and bonded contractor**. NOT TRUE. They use other peoples licenses to pull building permits and the people they hire use other peoples professional licenses without permission and use crews that have NO IDEA what they are doing to do the actual work. COIT was nothing but helpful, courteous, professional and efficient from the time of our first contact to the time the project was finished. They came out at the time we agreed, assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done, provided quotes and executed the work within budget and delivered early completion, even with additional problem that were discovered during the tear down phase. I very highly recommend Earl, Jeff and their team.

I was very impressed at the quick response and eagerness to help find a solution for a mold issue. I asked multiple questions and each one was answered with patience and knowledge. They went above and beyond to help me. Very professional.
