I am so disappointed in the service that I received and the customer service! Nobody has ever followed-up with me which tells me even more about this company. My technician Billy Mallicoat was professional, friendly, efficient, flexible and thorough. I was out of town during the cleaning. He contacted me in the morning to confirm the appointment and again when he was done. My couch is beautifully clean and the experience was seamless. COIT exceeded my expectations.
