RecommendedWe were very pleased with COIT and owner Buddy Rowland. He and his crew came out on a Saturday night and quickly and professionally assessed the problem in our basement and got to work. He returned two more times over the next 48 hours to check our drying carpet. We recommend him and his company without reservation.

We are so happy with the service we received from COIT! They were fast and effect! They did exactly what we needed when we needed it! They are budget friendly and made sure to take their time and do the job right! We will definitely use them every time we need to clean our ducts. And they do clean stage drapes as well so we will definitely call them for that service as well!

Buddy's Salt Lake City team of Todd, Doug, and Paul were super friendly and made a quick turn around of a kitchen pipe burst that flooded a downstairs bedroom. They dehumidified and set up dryers immediately. Drywall, mud, paint, new carpet pad and carpets cleaned in less than two weeks. Just in time for Christmas! I hope we never have to go through that again, but if we do we'd call Coit. Thanks!
