They are terrible. They ruined a blind that I had and tried repairing multiple times. Each time was worse. I asked them to replace the blind and they refused. All they said was we aren't going to charge you for the cleaning and refused to take any more of my calls. I didn't mind paying them the minimum charge for cleaning but I didn't my blind ruined. It looks awful. I wouldn't use them again. So much for their guarantee
