I'm here washing laundry before I move. However, the African man that works here and does cleaning aggressivley moved my laundry cart to a lady that needed to get to the change machine. I was there as well, but its so loud in here, I didn't realize she was there. I politely and firmly moved out of the way. Proceeded my own business. I was looking around the shop and he asked if I needed anything with an attitude. The employee was being a little warmer a short time after this. These washing machines cost $4 but don't work; no water comes out to wash the clothes. We told the woman in charge of the laundromat, but her only solution was to wait for the rinse cycle while she kept talking on her cell phone. What kind of service is that? She offered no real solution; our clothes came out dirty and dry because the machines failed, and she wouldn't refund our money or let us switch to different machines. Late night came in at 8:56 told us we had an hour in my Brain I thought it was ten wrong it was verily nine then at 10:25 told us he was being generous letting us stay even after it is closed so I told him to change the time from 11pm to 10pm as it is misleading people finally he backed off but would not come again

The dryers are stopped with clothes left by customers who are leaving, and the manager is asleep when you need help finding available dryers.
