Exceptional Customer Service! – The most enjoyable retail experience that I have EVER experienced. . .anywhere!!! Susan researched my insurance prior to my arrival. I was happily surprised by how much my co-pays covered. Dr. Cohen's exam was more thorough than any Doctor I have ever seen in the past. We picked out a stylish Gucci frame and a 2nd pair at no charge (as per the printed coupon I presented) Great Doctor, Exceptional, Friendly, Attentive service. I left with 2 great pairs of glasses in less than an hour. BRAVO

Enjoyed my time here – I really enjoyed my time here! I love the glasses chris helped me choose. I usually try to stay away from glasses now I'm looking forward to glasses. Thanks Chris.

Worst customer service ever – Awful. but you already knew that. I went in to renew my contact lens prescription. They insisted I had to have a new exam for $70. They were supposed to give me test contact lenses to try on after my eye exam. They did not have the test contacts in stock but assured me it would be the correct prescription. It took them almost 3 months to finally send me the contacts, I had to call them on 4 occasions to remind them I was still waiting for my contacts. Rude, Greedy, Poor craftsmanship – Got a couple pair of glasses right, thinking going to take a couple of hours or a day or so like everywhere else, nope. They wait until after paying them with a no refund policy to say the glasses are going to take about ten days or so! The lenses were sloppily fit into the very expensive frames with grinding tool marks on the lenses. They ordered the wrong lenses and argued with me over the phone that I did not order the darkening lenses. It was not until I said "please look at the invoice", that she said "oh yes you did". It will be another 3 weeks. Been there a number of times and who ever does that is not there. Would never go back. Not a good experience.

The staff was great they helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and were very helpfull. The timing was great fast and nice.

5 stars!! – I am still waiting for my eyes to dilate, having come back from an exam just hours earlier, so all of you can rest assured that this review is 100% fresh and organic!! ... I enjoyed my experience buying both glasses and contacts at Cohen's. I got a coupon from their online website for a $29.00 eye examine, which I found to be cheap. I scheduled the appointment online. The whole scheduling process was easy and convenient. I took a trip down the Green line, arrived early by accident, stopped at Chacarero's for lunch, see my other review, and arrived at Cohen's for my appointment.
