I highly recommend this store. I have been going there for two years and have received consistently friendly and professional service, at reasonable rates. The store is conveniently located in downtown Boston. You can easily make an appointment, sometimes for the same date, and walk-ins are welcome as well.
The doctor was patient and thorough! Chris was also patient w/ me and thorough, and made the shopping experience enjoyable.
I love the people who work here. They not only helped me select fashionable frames and lenses at the most discounted price, but the doctors will really work with you until you are satisfied. I had a huge issue with contact lenses before I went to Cohen's. I just could never get over the fear/inability to touch my eye. My doctor was uber-patient and scheduled me for several practice visits.
