I was looking to change the lenses in my existing frames. The staff took such great care of me and I am very pleased as they were able to swap out the lenses right there at the store. Great friendly service. I highly recommend them for your glasses needs.
Awful quality. Awful service. I bought reading glasses for $189 six weeks ago at their 5 Greenwich Ave. NYC location. I noticed they were slowly getting crooked but didn't think much of it. Yesterday taking them out of the pouch one of the sides was broken. I took back the glasses and they suggested I had stepped on them! which was of course not true. Their prices are reasonable and the inventory is huge. It was hard for me to choose only one option from all of the glasses that they offered and I am beyond thankful to their staff for their patience and attention to every detail.
Cannot recommend this place enough! The last offer they gave me was $99 for a pair of new eyeglasses and I was thrilled!! The staff was very nice inn helping me choose the right frame and I felt no pressure at all. Thank you!
