Took my daughter (12yr old) to an urgent care provider to have a very painful ingrown toenail removed. The provider (don't know if she was a nurse practitioner or an actual doctor) had to shoot the toe about 5 times while my daughter was clinging to me and crying, scared out of her wits because she could still feel it.
