he does not renew my prescriptions in a timely manner and I sometimes have to wait for him to resubmit them to the pharmacy
Always wants me to schedule appts for middle of the work day or 11pm at night, not convenient at all. My appt literally lasts for 2 minutes (not an exaggeration), and yet I still have to pay the ridiculous copay. Definitely not worth $45 a month plus whatever my insurance pays him. Not to mention they don’t take credit/debit cards. The office is a disgusting/cluttered mess.
Poor doctor Cohen. I can tell he’s a very smart man who I guess just doesn’t have enough time for all of his patients. The reviews you’ll find of him online are all accurate. I feel I am not listened to by him and that all he cares about is the money. I do wish he had his own reality show though, his insane demeanor is very interesting to me.
At our first/only appointment, I apprised him of my current medications. According to Dr. Cohen, one such drug requires periodic liver testing. This was news to me. Upon learning I'd never had a test, he completely lost it on me. LOST IT!!! Full on screaming! His reaction would have been disproportionate, even if I had knowingly omitted the testing. As it were, it was inappropriate and MADE NO SENSE. Madness, I tell you. I reported him to the medical board.
