Been seeing Dr Bergman for a few years. Have been a patient there for 7 years. Most staff if friendly. It's a group of Dr's so it's not too difficult to see someone if your Dr is not available.
2/27- I have been calling tis dr office ALL DAY TO NO AVAIL. I requested a perscription they put the wrong medication in for a refill. trying to call them all day NOTHING! HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS OFFICE!
Dr Albanese of the Cohen medical group is my primary physician. Has been for the last 7 yrs. She is a knowledgeable, caring person who allows me to speak about my conditions, concerns and future plans. Her diagnosis and prognosis are spot on. Her practice is full and I understand fully. A solid 5 star review.
Well after my experience I finally read the reviews. First let me say I do like the doctors there. I won't get into my health issues. I got a voicemail from my doctors aid about my urine analysis. I called back and left a message. Got called back and was left another voice message. Tired of phone tag I gave permission that they could lea e a message about the results.
