Fantastic team that made our process a breeze. Thorough market research and logistical expertise made our transaction the most pain-free it’s ever been. Their commitment to their fiduciary duty resulted in us netting way more than we were expecting and their flexibility and professionalism made this the most stress free real estate transaction I’ve ever had. This team is a well oiled machine that earns their commission and I could not recommend them enough.
Perhaps would've been a different experience with buying a home, but I bought some land and Leo acted as the listing and selling agent, which was probably a mistake on our end, as he clearly acted in the best interest of the seller. I get it, more money to be made, but they used cheap sales tactics on us because they knew we wanted the land (i.e., someone already made an offer). Also, false advertising in the listing itself, as the HOA was recorded as being $70, when in fact it was almost twice the amount. Biggest disappoint... read more
