If I could give zero stars, I would. From my perspective, the clinic’s approach appeared to encourage distance rather than growth. Rather than building connection, I observed what felt like growing distance and disengagement. Decisions about care sometimes felt unilateral, with limited opportunity for input from family or support networks. Boundaries intended to support healthy relationships occasionally felt like disconnection. Would highly recommend this practice for friends and family who need a solid support system for their healing journey.
I have seen counselors throughout my life during different stressful events. I have received some of the best help through cohear for many years. I first saw Leslie Savage for chronic illness support for some time; and this lifted me up enough to see Lynn Tienken who has transformed my life. They are not perfect. They are humans doing the impossible task of guiding people through difficult times and I am eternally grateful for their kindness and support.
