We love your practice!!!! Although she did mention she was very hard on her gums and that hasn't happened before. I told her next time to just ask if she could go a little easier :)
Erin was very knowledgeable and efficient. Knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel at ease. taking impressions can be problematic but not with Erin.
Leslie and Jamie were great.
By far the best dentist I have been too in my life! They don't lecture, they provide exceptional service with the best amenities - sunglasses to accommodate the light they use to clean your teeth. No pushiness to get service.
First appointment after less than satisfactory service at competitor. Efficient, accurate, esp appreciated clear explanations during consultation and subsequent outline for future treatment.
Great dental treatment and office experience, as always. A little overkill on sending several $50 cancellation reminders...but maybe that is necessary due to experience in your office. I found myself wondering if I had been a no show in the past but I don't think so.
How about fantastic! Cohasset Dental's office and equipment are straight out of "Star Wars". The examination and x-rays were thorough and Dr. Chenette took ample time to carefully explain the results. Cleaning was done painlessly ... and not a drop of blood was shed. In addition, everyone there is polite, friendly and kind. "DID I SAY FANTASTIC!!!"
I had come off of a bad dental experience, rolled over to another dentist whom was too far away & too expensive. Discovered Cohasset Dental through a referral from a friend and am so glad i went there. Convenient (right off 3A), the inprocessing was quick and easy, and the staff was funny, nice and accommodated my crazy schedule. I really liked the Dentist; he explained everything to me, told me what I could wait on (that would be covered with insurance) and what I needed to put some attention on.
