I was just in for a routine cleaning and check-up, and want to particularly mention two team members who make it a pleasure to be a patient at Cohasset Dental: Leslie at the front desk is always helpful, efficient, warm, and welcoming. And I was delighted with the cleaning and counseling provided by Leah, my hygienist. She was very careful and thorough, and I felt totally at ease with her. From the moment you walk in the door, the entire team is focused on exceeding your expectations. Clear understanding of the reason for the visit, concerns and treatments. Dr. Chennette always checks in to ensure treatment plan is being implemented and we discuss the next steps. Receptionists are well versed in dental plan options and ensure check in / check out are managed promptly and with a smile.
Friendly service and great bedside manner.
It was very satisfactory and thorough. I like the way every visit is a set routine of tests and questions about health, looking for abnormal tissue in the mouth and the cleaning itself with comments on oral hygiene.
