My cleaning was done I was greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation The new entrance lobby is amazing Everyone is very nice I love how I could watch the Today show while getting my teeth cleaned Always a great experiencr
Sometimes I need to change my appointment due to my travel. The personnel are always accommodating and alert me when other times open up. This happened for this cleaning and I showed up early and was still taken care of as the staff understands my time is important.
Prompt and always courteous!
Just left the office this afternoon. The staff is so great to my mother. She is 92 with her own teeth still and we go in every 4 months to shine them up. She is always welcome by name and everyone is happy to she us. The wait is short before they call her in. They are gentle and very attentive to her needs at here age. Dr Chenette is very calming and efficient. I'm a total baby when it comes to the dentist. I was in agony all weekend and feel so much better.
Xrays fine, cleaning fine thought the polishing was a bit fast but maybe technology is making visits shorter??
Fantastic place even for nervous patients like me! I love the new decor - feels just like home which immediately put me at ease. The reception staff are incredibly attentive and friendly which all adds to the stress reduction. Great work and advice from the 'doc' who explained what was happening in a way that was soothing, calming and easy to understand. Just had my first visit with Dr. Thomas and his staff -- they were very professional, explained everything to me and did a great job particularly in light of the fact I had not been to a dentist for a long time. I was made very comfortable and highly recommend his office!
As always, the team at Cohasset Dental provides very professional and personal service. I am always treated as a very special part of their dental practice. Dr Thomas' experience allows him to provide feedback to ensure my continuing at home dental practices as well as my overall health.
