Attractive, clean and state of the art office. I have received excellent dental care.
I am very grateful for the excellent care and kindness I received as a new patient . Dr. Chenette was kind enough to fit me in to his schedule on short notice and took the time to help me understand the problem I was experiencing and gave careful instructions as to treatment. My cleaning was done I was greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation The new entrance lobby is amazing Everyone is very nice I love how I could watch the Today show while getting my teeth cleaned Always a great experiencr
Sometimes I need to change my appointment due to my travel. The personnel are always accommodating and alert me when other times open up. This happened for this cleaning and I showed up early and was still taken care of as the staff understands my time is important.
Prompt and always courteous!
Just left the office this afternoon. The staff is so great to my mother. She is 92 with her own teeth still and we go in every 4 months to shine them up. She is always welcome by name and everyone is happy to she us. The wait is short before they call her in. They are gentle and very attentive to her needs at here age. Dr Chenette is very calming and efficient. I'm a total baby when it comes to the dentist. I was in agony all weekend and feel so much better.
Xrays fine, cleaning fine thought the polishing was a bit fast but maybe technology is making visits shorter??
Fantastic place even for nervous patients like me! I love the new decor - feels just like home which immediately put me at ease. The reception staff are incredibly attentive and friendly which all adds to the stress reduction. Great work and advice from the 'doc' who explained what was happening in a way that was soothing, calming and easy to understand.
