This group had been recommended to me by someone I trust very much who had therapy with Caitlyn Oscarson and Saryna Konczey which was massively life changing. I took the leap and came here to try to work through some of the things keeping me from moving through life the way I wanted to, and it was one of the best decisions I'd ever made.
