RecommendedCoggin Toyota has great customer service. We work with Christopher Garcia and he is very thorough in explaining things that are needed and the work that has been completed.
They are very quick to greet you and the staff was friendly throughout. However, once the sale was made, we waited for over 3hrs with a baby and a toddler to do 20mins worth of paperwork and actually get the car. Better communication would’ve been appreciated on the timeline and throughout the process. Also, the “detailing” was a vacuum and rinse; there were still crumbs in the gearshift box and stains on the door panels. We’ve done business with them for 12+ years! They’ve always given us fabulous customer service! We have referred over 30 friends, and most of our family has also purchased vehicles from Coggin! Both of our children got their first car there! Dmetry and Juan are the best! Why go anywhere else?

Pulled in the lane at 7:15 to see at least 20 cars in from of me. Checked in quickly. Was texted less than 30 minutes later that it was done! Been going to another local dealer for two years and fully expect a 3 hour appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Coggin has my business now!
