Took 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation with an 11 AM service appointment. Totally unacceptable.
Had a really great first experience with David today! He was professional, helpful, and explained a ton of options clearly and without rushing. The facility itself was convenient and comfortable while I waited for my car. I’ll be using Coggin as my new go-to for all my car maintenance.
