We had a software update done in our home state. We left on a road trip two weeks later even though we went back and told them things weren’t right. As we took the exit my hybrid system shut down. I limped into Coggin and they took me right in gave us a rental for the night, ordered the parts and called the next day when it was done. No charge as it was a repair of bad work done by another dealership. They could not have been nicer, more efficient, caring, and professional.
