I had spoken to Jim Miller beforehand over the phone and he made sure everything was done and ready to go when I got there. He really puts the family touch on it where you feel super comfortable the entire time you are at the dealership. I was basically in and out in 30-45 mins. Go check these guys out, Everyone here is really awesome and helpful!

Excellent customer service from my service advisor Mr. Charlie Rhodaback. I have worked with all the advisors which made my visit sub par, but when I meet Mr. Charlie, my experience changed, and he restored my faith in Toyota.
The used car department was very shady. They fit the exact description of a sleezy used car salesman. They were dishonest about the condition of the vehicle. This was very disappointing since we were driving 6 hours to look at a specific vehicle. Buyer beware.
