I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership! Neo, Eric, Augustine, and Josh made my mom and I’s experience so amazing! They treated us like family and made sure we got in the vehicle we wanted and at a price we could afford! This really is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! We enjoyed our experience buying a new car at Coggin Honda of St Augustine. Deb was outstanding. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the features in the models we were interested in. Even if the model we wanted didn't have the feature we wanted, she showed us another model with that feature so we could make our decision. Just bought our 2018 Tacoma from them and it was a great experience. James was great in helping find the truck and answer all the questions we had. Never pushed anything we didn’t want and really just worked to help get us in the truck we wanted. Would definitely recommend working with him. Josh the manager was great in getting us out the door with a warranty that made sense and kept our payment where we needed it to be. All in all will definitely be back if we need another vehicle.
Went to purchase a newer and bigger suv and ended up leaving with one i love the process was amazing thanks to Hannah!
