Bob Wacker was professional and very knowledgeable. He helped me at every turn and went out of his way to meet my needs. I am very satisfy with the service department.
Very displeased with the service I received 11-22-16 on my 2014 CRV. They claim to do multi point inspection but I've always had my doubts that they check anything. When I got home I decided to check the cabin filter myself as the SUV is getting to be 2 years old, The filter was dirty and full of leaves and junk. Besides the filter issue there was no complimentary vac and wash like previous appointments. They didn't even take out the seat bag and floor mat protector I had to dispose of that stuff myself.

Do not buy a car here!! They charged me 700 dollars on my contract for a predelivery service charge! My car was never detailed! It still smells like wet dog!! They said they would pay off my loan, um no u just added it on to my new car, only gave me 500 for a 06 Lincoln last fully loaded! With 137,000 miles on it!! Then the blonde lady told me I was paying 2,252 for "gap" insurance! No it was an extended warranty! That I don't need! They screwed me soo bad!! They totally take advantage of the sweet n innocent!! Our CSR is fantastic. I came in for my usual oil change and to have a recall completed. I brought my wife with me this time. It was her first time going to Coggin. She enjoyed the waiting area for customers and the expediency of the work being done.
I was very pleased with their service. Will definitely return for service if needed. Highly recommend Coggins Honda
