Very pricey oil change and tire rotation. The kicker was the $7.00 added misc. fee for misc charges that aren't clearly explained. Unfortunately we didn't notice this charge until we left the dealership. How much are they making on misc fees if they're charging this fee to every customer in the service department. Will not ever go back there for service.

Went to Honda for service on my poor little 2003 Honda Civic, as she's been coughing lately and screaming(serpentine belt)... dropped the car off with Rafael around 12 p.m. for an oil change and check up.. my fiancé called 3 times between 4 and 6 p.m. as we hadn't heard back and I need the car to go to work. My fiancé finally reached someone as they were "closing up" who explained all the other guys had left. I recently bought a car and had a great experience working with one of the salesmen Derric Jetter. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the best car for me. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family who are car shopping. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very friendly and I am so happy with my purchase.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda. We had a very knowledgable salesman, Derric Jetter, who thoroughly explained to us all of the vehicles latest technology and the fact that it has a 5 star crash rating is awesome!!! We were thrilled to have had such a great experience from Derric and the entire staff during our car purchase. I also enjoy the great customer service when I take my Honda Ridgeline in for maintenance. Thanks

My wife and I have purchased 4 Honda vehicles and are delighted with both sales and service. With a Honda Accord and an Odyssey, I am in for service about 4 times per year. Rafael Salcedo is our personal service adviser. He is both knowledgeable about our vehicles and delightful to work with. I recommend Coggin Honda and Rafael to all my friends and family.

My car starting breaking not even a month after I bought it, but they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. Now that the problem has gotten so bad, they told me my extended warranty doesn't cover it. I'm very unsatisfied and have gained nothing but financial troubles from it. Hope if people decide to buy a car from these people they have a better experience than I did.

We are always happy with our service from Coggin Honda. From our sales person, Linda Friedrich to Bob Wacker in customer service and the men who greet us and take our car when we drive in for service, everyone is always pleasant and eager to help. We've been driving Hondas for about 30 yrs.
