Horrible experience! They are very unprofessional, unethical, and lack communication. They have predatory behavior when it comes to security deposits, screen phone calls once you move in the unit, send random maintance men to your house without notice... it's too much! DO NOT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT! They will act so nice once you move in... then after that it's over.
Great experience working with Ann Grinlend. She even responded after hours and made sure my move in and everything went smoothly! Definitely recommend working with her.
COG Management is very unprofessional to tenants. I can not speak on behalf of homeowners who use them as a management company. I was a tenant for more than 10 years, never late on rent, and there were minimal issues with my residence when I moved out. I paid a $1250 deposit as well as a $750 pet deposit (for a pet they wouldn't allow me to keep). So I move out, get told I could dispute any charges I didn't agree with.
