COG Management is very unprofessional to tenants. I can not speak on behalf of homeowners who use them as a management company. I was a tenant for more than 10 years, never late on rent, and there were minimal issues with my residence when I moved out. I paid a $1250 deposit as well as a $750 pet deposit (for a pet they wouldn't allow me to keep). So I move out, get told I could dispute any charges I didn't agree with.
