Horrible Service! 9 am appointment for a 2 hour service, returned at 2pm and car had not been pulled in for service yet. Then I was promised they would get right on it so I returned at 4pm only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday because they have to order brakes & rotors. 2008 Sienna and our alternator went out. While it was pricey (would have been regardless of where we went) I know Jeff Coffey and his integrity is second to none. When we got home last night, we realized the horn wasn't working and the heat was intermittent so we took it back today. He "burped" the cooling system and fixed the horn and had us on our way in 30 minutes!
Eric was super helpful in a unique situation yesterday. Between my dealership, my roadside service and the warranty company he was the one who helped me make sense of everything and I was on my way home with a new tire in no time!
They are car whisperers. Great service, can fix anything. I’ve been going here for 15 years and would highly recommend

The worst experience! Unprofessional liar! You got caught on 3 lies and now your continuing to lie! My warranty covered everything dipshit! My front tire isn’t bald they are month old. You got me for the alignment that wasn’t needed. So congrats and I WILL tell everyone i know how awful this place is! Taking advantage of a woman is not acceptable
I highly recommend Coffey Automotive! Jeff and his team are very honest, trustworthy and do great work. Eric is also great at the front desk in giving helpful information out about your car and is always very nice. It’s nice to go to a place where you have full trust in them and know they aren’t going to screw you over! Thanks guys you are the best! 😊🏼
