This is one of those rare coffeehouses that is actually open until late at night. You will not find greasy menu items and plastic booths inside, either. Instead, this cozy place caters to Portland youth, trendy crowds and coffee lovers. It's also a favorite with chess players, so if you're looking for a game, try stopping in. Alternatively, just order a steaming cup of latte or cappuccino and settle back in a comfy booth to do some serious people-watching or catch up with a few friends.

It was a nice little coffee shop - nice atmosphere and friendly servers - not to mention - good coffee!
I've been a customer at Coffee Time for 3 yrs now. Have always enjoyed my cup of java; however I attended the grand reopening on Sunday, had the peppermint latte and I was sorely disappointed. Informed the barista that I couldn't taste or smell the peppermint. She kindly added 1, then 2 additional shots of peppermint. Still couldn't taste any peppermint. 3-4 additional shots, and just barely could taste it. I asked my companion to smell and taste, and he also got nothing.
COFFEE TIME IS OPEN AGAIN AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Support local.
One of my favorite stops in the morning when visiting Portland. Good luck with the remodeling.
Only the best space for work done on rainy days in all of Portland. Great food, coffee, and people. You couldn't ask for anything more in a coffee shop.
