Been coming here for a few years now. Always have received excellent service. My drink is Hot!, not lukewarm, the cup is filled to the top, unlike a major national chain. The baristas are knowledgeable, creative, and give good suggestions. I had been missing a White Russian from Seattle Espresso (Gilbert store closed down), and Boos was able to fix the equivalent right up for me. I'm surprised at the negative review. I come late nights and weekends and have NEVER, not once, had a problem.
I usually go to starbucks but thought i'd try supporting the local guy. The "barista" messed up my order and when I went back in and told them they forgot to put coffee in my drink, the guy blames me for not ordering it properly, calls me out in front of 10 people for not tipping him(which I did) and then tells me he'll remake it and won't charge me the additional for the coffee. Now i want my TIP back!!!
Coffee Rush is my go to spot. There is a lot of care and pride that goes into this coffee house's methods and you can taste it. Even if you don't like coffee, this place has options and I've never had a bad drink or bad service.
My first visit at the suggestion of my grandson. Will return if in the area.
