I was happy to see Hong Kong eggs puffs and waffle. I expected the eggs puffs would be like HK style, which is warm and crispy. And the waffles are using mochi flour. I guess it is fusion that they were not what I expected!!
I can't wait to go back. So far everything I have tried has been good! Pho!!!
